摘 要:本文定量描述了钪—46内污染复合小剂量X射线全身外照射24h以后,小白鼠骨髓有核细胞染色体畸变与剂量的关系。结果表明,内外复合照射以后,染色体畸变率低于单纯内、外照射畸变率之和,但高于其中单一照射的畸变率,直线回归方程为y_6=7.9511+0.00099D_3,即呈正相关。染色体畸变率随时间变化规律为三项指数函数模式y(t)=2.9078exp^(0.27668t)+2.3786exp^(-0.017788t)+2.3786exp^(-0.1788t),1≤t≤30。经适宜性验证,各公式所得理论值的90%机率分布在实际测得值中。The relationship between chromosomal aberration of bone marrow cells and dosage in mice 24 h after 46Sc internal pollution combined with external low-dose whole bodyX - irradiation was quantitatively studied.The results showed that the relationship between chromosomal aberration and dosoge was expressed in a linear regression equation.The chromosomal aberration rate was lower in the combined exposure than that of the sum of internal and external exposures,but higher than that of either the internal or external exposure singly. The relationship between chromosomal aberration and time was expressed in the following three phase exponential function,Y(t )-2.9978 exp0.276681+2.9371 exp-0.07781 + 2.3786-.0.017884By means of fit test, there was no significant difference between the determined and the theoretical values.The 90% theoretical values got from all the equations distributed over the determined values.
