用薄层扫描法测定心力冲剂中人参皂甙Rg_1的含量

摘　　要：报导了心力冲剂中人参及川芎的薄层鉴别试验及用薄层扫描法测定该方中人参皂甙Rg_1的含量,均值为0.0179％,CV％为3.86。回收率为99.94％,CV％-1.66。Radix Ginseng and Rhizoma Chuanxiong were identified and the content of ginsenoside Rg_1 was determined by TCL scanning. The results showed that the content of ginsenoside Rg_1 ranged between 0.01770％ and 0.01826％, the recovery rate of ginsenoside Rg_1 was 99.94％ and the coefficient of variation derived from samples was 1.659％. This method is found to be stable, accurate and reliable.
