摘 要:本文对百部(Radix stemonae),白藓皮(Cortex dictamni),苦参(Radix sophoraeflavscentis),射干(Rhizoma belamcandae),蛇床子(Fructus cnidii monnieri)5种单味中药的75%的乙醇提取物以及5味中药☆配以硫磺(Sul-fur),薄荷脑(Mentholum),冰片(Borneolumsynthelicum)等精制而成的复方百部乙醇提取物(Compositus radix stemonae Extract ofAlcohol,CSEA)的抗菌谱进行了初步研究。结果显示。MIC of several traditional Chinese medicinal extractum to represente stains of six bacteria and eight fungi were reported in the article. The result indicated that MIC of group Comdositus radix stemonae extract of 75% alcohol(CSEA) and Radix sophorae flavsentis to B-hemolytic streptococcus were 1:1024,other groups to E. coli, B. subtilis,Staph. aureus and B-hemolytic streptococcus were 1:4—1:64, except that MIC of all groups to P,aeruginosa, K. pneumon- iae, group Rhizoma belamcandae, Cortex dictamni, Fructus cnidii monnieri and Radix sophorae flavscentis to E. coli, Group Cortex dictamni toStaph. aureus were stock solution. MIC of six groups to fungi were 1:16—1:512, except that group Radix stemonae to M. canis was 1:1024. CSEA to polycellular fungi in the experiment were 1:128—1:256,and unicellular fumgi 1:256. It was preliminary proved that low concentration of CSEA had stronger broadspectrum antifungal effects. The inhibition of six medicines to bacteria and fungi far exceeded those of decotum and aqueous extract in Previous reported, literatures this deserved to be further studied.
