活血祛风法治疗慢性活动性乙型肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：用活血祛风法治疗反复发作的慢性活动性乙型肝炎70例,总有效率为95.7%,对照组65例用健脾清热利湿法治疗,总有效率为78.5%(P<0.05)。治疗组抗 LSP、LMA、抗核抗体、类风湿因子阴转率、HBeAg、抗 HBcIgM、HBV-DNA 阴转率、抗 HBe 阳转率均优于对照组(P<0.001)。Seventy cases of intermittent,chronic,active B—hep-atitis were treated by the principle of activating—bloodand eliminating—wind.The total effective rate was95.7%.A control group of 65 cases were treated bythe principle of strengthening the spleen,clearingheat,and dissipating dampness with a total effectiverate of 78.5%(P<0.05).For experimental group,the results of clearance of anti—LSP,LMA,anti—nu-cleo—antibody,rhematoid factors,HBeAg,anti-HBclgM.HBV—DNA and appearance of positive rateof anti—HBe were all better than that of the controlgroup(P<0.001).
