自拟清精汤治疗慢性前列腺炎附睾炎性不育症103例临床观察

摘　　要：用自拟清精汤治疗慢性前列腺炎及附睾炎引起的精液异常不育症103例,结果痊愈80例,占77.7%(其中妊娠42例,妊娠率40.8%),总有效率90.3%。临床观察表明,本方具有消除精液中的白(脓)细胞、促进精液液化、提高精子活动率、降低畸形精子率的良好作用。Studies on steritity due to abnormal seminal fluid as a result of chronic prostatitis and epididymitis in 103 cases were treated by self—formulated Qingjing De-coction with a cured rate of 77.7%,among whom 42cases were pregnant,the rate of pregnancy being 40.8% and the total effective rate,90. 3%.Clinical ob-servation revealed that the Decoction was capable of e-liminating WBC and pus cell in the semen,liquefyingthe seminal fluid,increasing the rate of motility of thesperm and decreasing the rate of deformed sperm.
