外翻弹性垫夹板治疗儿童肱骨髁上尺偏型骨折63例临床观察

摘　　要：根据肱骨髁上尺偏型骨折的损伤机制和治疗原理,研制出外翻弹性垫夹板。外侧板下段向外弯150°,其弧背可压骨折近端向内;内侧板加弹簧垫可推骨折远端向外。故能保持骨折端良好对位,减少因错位而发生的肘内翻。治疗63例,经6个月～3年随访的61例,优良率达873％,肘内翻发生率为13％,低于国内外文献报导。Everting splint and spring pad are designed and made according to the injury mechanism and treatment principle of humeral supracondylarulno-deviated fracture. The lower segment of the lateral board is bent outward to 150°and the back of the are functions to compress the proximal fragment inward; the medial board plus spring pad functions to push the distal fragment outward, which could maintain the good para-position of the fragments and decrease the factors inducing eubitus varus from the malposition. This method was used to treat 63 cases,61 of which were followed up for 0.5-3 years. The excellent-good rate reached 87％ and the cubitus-varus incidence was 13％that was lower than that reported in both Chinese and foreign literature.
