摘　　要：对40例桡尺骨远端骨折后腕关节肿痛和功能障碍的病例按ME M(?)ller等作者提出的长骨综合分类法进行分类,应用魏氏手法及导引治疗,参考I Jakim等作者的评分表进行疗效评定,结果表明魏氏手法及导引对治疗这类病例有显著的疗效。对手法的机制作了初步的探讨。Forty-eight cases of wrist swelling pain and dysfunction following distalulnar or radial fracture were classified by the classification reported by Muller ME,et al and treated by Wei's maneuvers and Qigong conduction. The therapeutic effects were evaluated with the score table of Jakin I,et al . The results showd that Wei's maneuvers and Qigong conduction produced remarkable therapeutic effects in this series. The mechanism of the maneuvers is preliminarily explored in the paper.
