中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血40例疗效观察

摘　　要：本文报道中西医结合治疗再生障碍性贫血24例的疗效观察。阴虚型5例,阳虚型14例,阴阳二虚型5例。总有效率为83.4%,其中基本治愈3例,缓解9例,明显进步8例。The curative effect of TCM and WM treatment in 24 patients with aplastic anemia was studied. The patients were classified by tradational Chinese medicine into three types; defficiency of yin (b cases), defficiency of yan(14cases), defficiency of yin and yan (5 cases). The total effective rate was 83.4%, in which basic cure was 3 cases, remission was 9 cases, good progreass was 8 cases. The defficiency of yan was the most excellent response for TCM and WM treatment
