摘 要:本文观察了粘附培养的人单核巨噬细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、α-萘酚醋酸酯酶(ANAE)、过氧化酶(PO)等酶活性及其鸡红细胞吞噬率之差异。结果培养前粘附细胞的SDH、ANAE活性均高于不粘附细胞(P<0.01和0.05)。粘附细胞培养24、48h后仍粘附的细胞和悬浮细胞间酶活性差异均无显著性。培养48h的粘附和悬浮细胞之PO活性均低于培养24h的相同细胞(P<0.01)。上述各组细胞间鸡红细胞吞噬率均未见有统计意义的差异。这提示,在无人血清刺激时。We studied the difference of the enzymatic activity, including Succinic dehyd-rogenase(SDH), a-Naphthol acetate esterase (ANAE)and Peroxidase(PO), and the ratio of phagocytic chicken red blood cells in the adherent and cultured humanmononuclear phagocytes. The results showed; the enzymatic activity of SDH andANAE in adherent 'cells were stronger than tne nonadherent cells before the cellswere cultured (P<0.01 and 0.05) . When the adherent cells had been cultured for 24/48 hours, the difference of the enzymatic activity between the still adhered cells and detached cells did not have any statistic significance. The PO activity of the adherent cells and detached cells cultured 48 hours were lower than the same cells cultured 24 hours (P<0.01) . The difference of the ratio of phagocytic chicken red blood cells had not shown any statistic significance among the cell groups described above. It indicates that when there was no the stimulation of human serum, the difference of adherent capacity in mononuclear phagocytes seems to be responsible to the condition of their differentiation and maturation or their functional activation.
