复方止痛胶囊实验研究及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：本文对复方止痛胶囊进行了动物镇痛试验和临床疗效观察,结果表明,该药能明显延长热板反应时间(P<0.01)和对抗酒石酸锑钾引起的小鼠“扭体反应” (P<0.01)。临床用于治疗头痛和胃痛,总有效率为93.9%和92.6%。分别与止痛片和普鲁本辛治疗效果相比较,均有显著差异(P<0.O5)This paper reported the resales of the Analgesic Compound Capsule (ACC) in experimental and clinic studies. Tt showed that in experimental s-udy the pain t-hreshold of mice was raised in Hot-plate test (P<0.01), and the number of writhes was reduced in 'Writhing test; induced by potassium antimony tartrate (P< 0.01).In clinic, ACC was used to treat headache and stomachache. The total effecti-ver ates were 93.9% and 92.6% respectively. And ACC was more effective than p-ropantheline bromide and acetaminophen (P<0.05), as control.
