中硅锰铸钢碳化物团球化及抗磨机理的研究

摘　　要：对中硅锰铸钢采用了变质处理方法,在铸态下获得了大量团球状碳化物分布于奥氏体基体上的抗磨材料.文中着重分析了该碳化物球化及抗磨机理.The wear-resisting material of medium Si-Mn cast steel containing a large quantity of nodular carbide distributed in austenite matrix at as-cast condition was studied by modification method. The mechanism of wear resistance and nodularization of carbide were mainly analysed.
