摘 要:讨论了二种白口铸铁在各类磨料磨损时的行为,分析了在模拟各类磨损试验机上测试奥氏体白口铸铁与马氏体白口铸铁的抗磨性能,磨损系统参数的影响.结论是,奥氏体白口铸铁更适用于中等冲击载荷及磨料硬度较大的条件,其加工硬化率是影响其抗磨性的关键因素.The abrasive wear behavior of austenitic and martensitic white cast iron under different condition has been discussed, the abrasion resistance and the parameters of the wear system measured in various abrasion testers for as mentioned above white cast iron were analyzed. It was concluded that austenitic white cast iron is a more suitable wear resistant material used for medium impact and hard abrasive and the work hardening rate of austenitic white cast iron is a key factor detarmening its wear resistance.
