摘　　要：为了使实型负压铸造技术在铸钢生产中的应用,进行了工艺试验,如充型性、涂料厚度以及对材料机械性能及表层金相组织的影响等,在此基础上确定了生产工艺参数及措施。For applying replicast to steel casting production, a series technological test as regards the fillingability. thickness of Coating. the microstrucure and properties of material were performed. Based on these the reasonable production parametars and measures were proposed.
