摘 要:本文试验研究了钦对ZL108合金组织和强度、塑性、硬度、冲击韧性的影响,进行了定量金相及断口、亚表层组织分析。结果表明:含钛的ZL108合金组织中存在针片状Al_3Ti化合物;对该合金有强化和脆化作用;亦有高温强化作用。对于活塞合金,应改善含钦ZL108合金的室温塑韧性及更进一步地开发其高温强化效果。In this paper, the effects of titanium on the microstructure and properties of ZL108 Al-Si alloy were investigated. The tensile properties, haedness and impact toughness of the alloys with Ti proportion from 0 to 0.6% were tested. The length and distributing density of Al_3Ti were determined with OPM. Finally, the fracture surface and subsurface were analysed with SEM and OPM. It was concluded that, there are needle—like Al_3Ti conpounds in the Al-Si-Ti alloy. The strength and hardness of the alloy are increased, and its toughness and plastisity decreased when titanium is added to the alloy. Titanium also strengthen the alloy at higher temperature. Furthermore, for the usuage of Al-Si-Ti alloy on piston, it is necessary to raise the plastisity and toughness of the alloy and to take advantage of the strengthening effect of titanium at high temperature.
