摘　　要：本文简述了泡沫金属的发展与观状和渗流法成形的基本原理。对成型体加压渗流泡沫铝的工艺过程进行了探讨研究。预热温度是影响成形能力的关键因素,给出了其合理温度区间。提出了今后的发展方向。Synopsis: The development and current situations of FA (Foam Al-alloys) and the basic principles of penetration casting have been briefly reviewed. The process of Al-alloy penetrating casting with granules in mold are systematiclly studied. It is considered that this technique has low production cost and simple. The FA produced by using this techniq-us possesses high proporisty, and the diameter of holes can be easily controlled, the porous matal matrix are conjuncted in three dimensions. Preheating temperature is an key parameter influencing, the forming ability of FA. Reasonable pouing temperature region of Al-alloys has been givenout finally, the further development of FA are also pointed out.
