摘　　要：文中介绍了撞击式冲击阀气冲机构的结构、工作原理及开启过程的运动分析,并对影响冲击阀开启初速度的主要因素进行了理论探讨和实验研究。从而得出:冲击阀开启初速度是影响升压速度dp_1/dt(尤其是刚开始进气时的升压速度)和型砂紧实效果的关键。This paper described the construction of air impulse mechanism with the impact valve and its working principle. The chief factors effecting on the initial opening speed of the impact valve have been studied both in theory and experiment. The results reveal that a high initial opening speed of the impact valve is the key influence on speed dp_1 /dt of pressure increasing (especial on initial speed of pressure increasing) and mold compacting effect.
