摘　　要：RA和TPA能在体外诱导人的急性早幼粒白血病细胞系HL-60向成熟粒样细胞和单核-巨噬样细胞双向分化。本实验经细胞形态观察、α-NAE细胞化学染色和NBT还原反应证明。用间接免疫荧光法和FACS分析,诱导的HL-60细胞与国产十四种单克隆抗体的结合反应表明,其中六种单克隆抗体可以判定HL-60细胞分化方向。Human promyelocytic leukemic cells, HL-60, can be induced by EA and TPA to differentiate into either mature granulocyte-like or monocyte-macrophage-like cells in vitro. It was proven with morphologic study, α-NAE stain and NBT reduction tests in our experiment. With 16 different monoclonal antibodies, the expression of surface membrane differentiation antigens of HL-60 cells induced was analyzed by indirect imnunofluorescence using FACS flow cytometry. The data indicated that six of these McAbs can be used as markers denoting the differentiational way of HL-60 cells.
