摘　　要：本文报告以带腹壁上动脉腹直肌蒂胸骨翻转术治疗漏斗胸3例的临床经验。其中2例为对称性,1例为非对称性的漏斗胸,效果均好。由于有腹壁上动脉与胸廓内动脉相连续维持正常血运,则保证了翻转后胸骨及胁骨的发育成长。3 cases of turninl—operation ofsternum wifh angio—pedicle of epi-gastric S uperior artery were rep-orted.2 cases of them Suffered fromSymmetri cfunnel Chest and one caseSuffered from asymmetric.All caseswere successful.The normal blood-supply following continuance of ep-igastric superior artery and mamm-aria interua artery ensured the gro-wth of Sternum ond ribs.
