摘  要:运用放射免疫分析法(RIA)发现油菜花芽分化前后种性与内源赤霉素(GA_3)含量的关系是冬性<半冬性<春性<春油菜。正、反交杂种比较表明GA_3含量具有杂种超亲现象而无细胞质遗传或母性影响。对半冬性品种分期播种材料分析表明,播种期对内源GA_3水平影响很大。不同发育期比较显示:五叶期GA_3水平较低,至花芽分化开始时明显上升,然后下降,花芽分化末期(胚珠、花粉形成期)至现蕾期再次直线上升。此外,通过外源赤霉素和已通过花芽分化植株的叶浸提液对分化前冬性品种的处理,发现二者均能明显促使内源GA_3水平上升并导致成花过程提前和提早成熟。Ridiomunoassay was used to determine the endo-genous GA, contents in the apexof 4 different types of repeseed. The results indicated that: (1) The order of theendogenous GA_3 contents of the 4 types was winter types <semi-winter<springtype<spring rapeseed. (2) No significant differences wes observed between the GA_3contentes of the F_1's of reciprocal crosses, indicating that there was no maternal effecton cytoplasmic inheritance coming this character. But the result of the F_1's revealeddominant or overdominant heterosis in this character. (3) The effect of differentsowing dates on the endogenous GA_3 content of semi-winter types was rather promi-nent; the later the sowing date, the higher the GA_3 content. (4) Companison of theendogenous GA_3 contents at different growth stages showed that it was rather low at5--leaf stage. Then it increased until the floral primodium formation stage. There wasanother decrease until the pistil and stamen formation stage, Then it increased steadilythroughout the pollen and ovule formation stage and budding stage. (5) Applicationof 0.005%GA_3 solulion on the extract from the leaves of plants that have alreadypassed through the fioral primordium differention stage showed that both treatmentcould elevate the level pf endbgenous GA_3 content, shorten the process of fiormationleading to earlier maturity.
