摘  要:1986—1989年采用自然鉴定和人工土壤接种鉴定的方法,对602份玉米材料的青枯病抗性进行了鉴定。人工接种鉴定397份,其中204份材料表现抗病。在正常年份,人工接种鉴定效果明显好于自然鉴定,但在重病区或青枯病流行年份,在尚未具备人工接种条件时,利用自然发病作为选育抗病材料仍有一定效果。玉米苗期接种青枯病重于成株期接种,青枯病对玉米的危害主要降低了玉米的百粒重,造成玉米减产;对玉米籽粒营养成分影响不大。Field tests for resistance of 602 entries of corn inbred lines and hybrids to basalstalk rot under conditions of natural infection and artificial inoculation (into the soil)were carried out from 1986-1989.Of the 397 entries tested under artificialinoculation,204 were found resistant,indicating that test carried out under artificalinoculation was more effective than test under natural infection.It was suggested,however,that in highly infested area or in epidemic years,test under natural infec-tion might also be effective for the identification of resistant materials.The diseasewas more severe when inoculation was done at the seedling stage than at the adultstage,suggesting that seedling test was even more effective than adult test.Theharmful effect of basal stalk rot on corn was mainly the reduction of the 100 kernelweight,and consequently in yield;its effect on the nutrient compoments of the kernelwas not very high.
