异香栓、异香冷霜治疗霉菌性外阴阴道炎的临床验证

摘　　要：本文报道自制以麝香草酚为主要成份的异香栓及其冷霜,在4个单位验证对霉菌性外阴阴道炎的疗效,观察180例,其中A组(异香栓及冷霜)60例,总有效率96.67％;B组(洗必泰及冷霜)120例,总有效率66.67%;两组总有效率之差具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。显示异香栓及冷霜具有疗效高,安全的优点。The curafive effect of 'yixiang' antifungus suppository and cream made by us with thymol as the rnain constituent on 120 cases with fungus vulvitis and fungus vaginitis (Group A) were abserved and compared with those of chlorhexidine suppositorg on 60 cases with the same disease (Group B) in four eifferent hospitals. The total effectiue rnte in Group A (96. 6%) was significanthy higher than that in Group B (66. 6%) (p<0. 01)It is concluded that this treatinent This medieament proves to be highly effective. and safe.
