骨痹通天丸治疗地氟病的临床观察和实验研究

摘　　要：用纯中药复方制剂“骨痹痛天丸”治疗地氟病人81例,另设对照组25例。经6月治疗观察,治疗组显效54.3%.有效39.5％,总有效93.8％;对照组只有1例(4.0％)显效,3例(12.0%)有效。对大鼠氟中毒药物疗效实验,能减轻动物氟中毒症状,并减轻肝、肾和骨的病理损害。药物的急性和长期毒性实验.表明该药安全无毒。81 cases of enddmic fluorosis were treated bydy Gu B; Tong Tian wan with another 25 cases as control. After 6 monthes treatment, theresults show that, in the treatment group 54. 3% of the cases are obviously effective. 39. 5% are effective, with a tolal effective rate of 93. 8%, butin control group, only 1 case (4. 0%) is ohviously effective, 3 cases (12. 0%) are effective. In animal experiment, Gu Bi Tong Tian wan can also abate animal's fluorine symptoms as well as the pathological changes in liver, kidney and bone. Acute and tong-term toxicity tests show that Gu Bi Tong Tian wan is safe and non-toxic.
