摘 要:本文报道TA(TS型)制剂(植物生长调节物质和表面活性剂的复合剂)对玉米、粟红叶病的防治生理效应,尤其是有关光合作用与控制玉米及粟红叶病的关系。玉米和粟红叶病的病原物都是大麦黄矮病毒(BYDV)的有关毒株。防治机理显示与叶绿体光合作用的能量转换和推迟衰老过程,增加抗病能力密切相关。该制剂对病毒病的防治作用尚属首次正式报道。<Abstract >The causal agent of red leaf disease of maize had been identified as a strain of barley yellow dwarf virus(BYDV). From the millet plants which suffered from red leaf disease the causal agent had been also identified as a strain of BYDV and was confirmed with both electron microscopical observation and vector aphis (Schizaphis graminum) transmission. The components of TA (TS type) mixture consist of plant growth regulator(n- Triacontanol), surfactants and etc.. If the plants suffering from red leaf disease were sprayed with TA mlyture, the symptoms of disease could disappear, and the plants could recover normally, when treated just on the occurrence or before appearance of the symptoms. Based upon the observations and experiments results as above-mentioned, we suggest that TA(TS type)mixture is a fully promising preparation for control- ling measure of plant diseases caused by virus. Application of the mixture has following advantages: low cost, minute amount in application, ability of increas- ing photosynthetic rae and chlorophyll content without poisonous and conta- minative effects, abundance of raw materials and Further works are in progress.
