摘　　要：创伤性休克可引起机体内一系列功能改变,导致多发性器官功能衰竭。在休克状态下,肾脏是极易受损的器官之一。肾脏是维持体液电解质和酸碱平衡。The paper was designed to evaluate the changeof Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN)level of plasma intraumatic shock rats before or after acupuncture.The results showed that the level of plasma BUNwas significantly increased in traumatic shock ratsand that the level of BUN was continually increasedafter acupuncture.It seems that acupuncture may not be a benefic-ial factor for kidney function of traumatic shockrats.
