摘　　要：灸疗是具有蒙医特点的一种传统外治法。它不仅疗效奇特,而且源远流长。《素问·异法方宜论》说:'北方者,天地所闭藏之域也。其地高陵居.风寒冰冽,其民乐野处而乳食,藏寒生满病,其治宜灸(火苪),故灸(火苪)The moxibustion therapy pertains to the categoryof external treatment in the traditional Mongolianmedicine.It can be divided into four types:thefire,Mongolian,metal and drug moxibustion.Themain material used is refined Bai Shan Ji fine hair.The therapeutic effect was obtained by way of warm and heat stimulation of points or the affected regions.Indigestion,edema,palpable mass,impetigo in thefour extremities,boil,cellulites,epileptic maniaetc.are the indications of this therapy.It is contra-indicated for heat syndromes and those with heatexcess of blood.
