摘　　要：本课题是在调研了国内同类城市农牧业生产和科技发展情况的基础上,客观地综述了上海农牧业科技发展的历史和现状,比较了北京、天津、上海三大城市农牧业生产和科学技术的特点。测算了农牧业科技进步在各个时期对农业总产值的贡献率,并对2000年上海农牧业科技的进步率,及郊区对农牧业科技专门人才的需求进行了预测。提出了中、近期的重点科研项目和实现本市农牧业科技发展的重大措施。Developmental history and actualities of science and technology in agriculture and animal husbandry in Shanghai suburbs have been summarized objectively by the authors. Characteristics of agriculture and animal husbandry production, as well as science and technology development in Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai have been compared on the basis of results obtained from investigation and study made on these subjects in some parallel cities of China. At the same time, the contribution rate of scientific and technological advances in agriculture and animal husbandry towards the total value of agricultural production at each stage has been dtermined. The future progressing rate of science and technology in agriculture and animal husbandry in Shanghai in the year 2000 and the future demand for qualified personnels in agriculture and animal husbandry in Shanghai suburbs have also been predicted. Major scientific research projects in middle-distanced future period and near future period as well as important measures for realizing scientific and technological progress in agriculture and animal husbandry in Shanghai have been put forward in this paper.
