摘　　要：53612A、53616A和53518A调心滚子轴承采用增强尼龙保持架,保持架结构同CD型冲压保持架。轴承结构设计原则同CD型轴承,列出了上述三种型号轴承的主参数。该类轴承的工作温度低于110°C,与同型号的装用非塑料保持架的老结构轴承相比,额定动负荷可提高20%～40%,寿命提高l～2倍。附表5个,参考文献2篇。Spherical roller bearings with code 53612A、53616A and 53518A adopt enforced nylon cage, they are the same as bearings with type CD in both cage structure and bearing design principle .The paper gives the main parameters of above three kinds of bearings, which can be applied in condition of below 110℃. Compared with the old structure bearings with non-plastic cage, the bearings basic dynamic load rating and life can be raised by 20%-40%, and 1 - 2 times respectively.
