摘　　要：本文介绍了一套反相流动注射分析系统,利用半胱氨酸与对氯汞苯甲酸在碱性溶液中的化学反应,建立了紫外分光光度法测定半胱氨酸的新方法。其检测波长为250nm,线性范围为20～100μg/ml.本法具有分析速度快,操作简单,选择性好等优点,适于大批量样品分析。This article introduces a system of reverse Flow Injection Analysis which has been found successful in detecting cysteine by UV-spectrophotometry, when it's in a reaction with P-chlormercuribenzoic in a basic solution. The proportion range is 20—100 ug/ml at 250 nm.This method is quick and simple and offers good selection. It is fit for mass samples.
