摘  要:在具有轴向力的转轴弹性曲线微分方程及其解的基础上,推导得出以广义?函数组表达的具有轴向力轴段的传递矩阵,用于具有轴向力之复合回转系统的临界转速计算,方便而有效.以某新型纺丝机的高速转子作为算例,算得的前两阶临界转速与实测结果相当接近.本文的方法亦可用于具有轴向力的复合回转系统动力响应的分析计算.This paper briefly introduced the differential equation of the elastic curve of a rotating shaft with acial force and its solution expressed by Generalized Krylov's functions. The transfer matrix of the shaft segment with axial force has been thus obtained. It can effectively be used in critical speed analysis of compound rotating system with axial loading. Finally, the transfer matrix introduced in this paper is used to calculate the critical speeds of the high-speed rotor of a new typa of textile machine. With the help of a computer the lowest two critical speeds are obtained and compared with the measured values. The comparison shows a fairly good agreement. The approach introduced in this paper can also be applied to dynamic response analysis of compound rotating systems with axial loading.
