半导体温度计线性刻度的研究

摘　　要：热敏电阻的温度特性是非线性的,因此用热敏电阻作传感器的温度计,其指示刻度也是非线性的。这样的温度计会造成测量误差大,同时也不能进行数字化处理和显示。本文通过理论分析、运算和实际测试,使热敏电阻温度计的非线性刻度转变为线性刻度。As temperature characteristics of heat sensitive resistor has non linear property, so graduate of thermometer is non linear, which is composed of heat seneitive resistor. Using the thermoneters will cause a lot of tolerance and cannot proceed with numerical treatment. In this paper, through theoretical analyses, calculation and pratical measurement, the non—linear graduate of thermometr of heat sensitive resistor can be transformed into approximate linear graduate.
