摘　　要：本文较详细的介绍了甲状腺肿大专家诊断与咨询系统的设计与实现。该系统采用适合于表示医学知识的产生式知识表示方法,应用类似于医生临床推理的正反向混合推理机制,用 Turbo-Prolog 语言开发的一个专家系统,可针对甲状腺疾病进行诊断和咨询。This paper introduces in detail the design and realization of Goitre Expert Ⅰ)iagnosis and Consultation System.This sysem adopts the method of production rule knowledge expression suitable for medicine kno- wledge and mixture deduction mechanism anaiogous to the doctor's clinical deduction.The expert system developed in Turbo-Prolog Language can be used to dignose diseases in relation to thyroid gland and seek advice.
