摘 要:T_45′脱碘酶的作用是使局部组织中 T_4向 T_3,转化,巯基是其辅助因子。本实验应用放射免疫分析法研究了大鼠仔鼠肝脏中 T_45′脱碘酶活性变化及原因,结果发现。新生仔鼠肝脏中 T_45′脱碘酶活性明显低于成年大鼠,到21天左右时才达到成年水平,但在5mMDTT(二巯基苏糖醇)存在下测其活性时,则可消除这种差别。由此可知,仔鼠肝脏中 T_45′脱碘酶活性低于成年大鼠可能是由于仔鼠肝脏中巯基化合物含量少引起的,而和血中 T_3、T_4含量少无关。从而说明疏基化合物对新生仔鼠是很重要的。The role of thyroxine-5′-monodeiodinase is to convert the local tissue thyroxine into triiodothyroxine,sulfhydryl being its cofactor.In this experiment,the method of RIA was used to study the change of thyroxine-5′-deindinase activity in the neonatal rat liver audits cause.It It was discoyered from the results that the neon atal rat hepatic thyroxine-5-deindinase activity was lower markedly us compared with the adult rats,and increased to the adult values by the age of 21days or so.But 5mM DTT(Dithiothreitol)could get rid of this difference.So we can know that the low thyroxine—5′—deiod inase activity in the neonatal rat liver may be caused by the low sulfhydryl compound contents of the neonatal rat and has nothing with the low serum thyroxine,triiodothyroxine eoncentrations. Theseresults demostrate that sulfhydryl compounds are very impor- tant to the neonatal rats.
