摘 要:T_45′脱碘酶的作用是使局部组织T_4向T_3转化,本实验以^(125)I T_4为底物,应用薄层层析法研究了甲状腺激素(T_3、T_4)及其衍生物(DIT、MIT)对大鼠大脑皮质和肝肾中T_45′脱碘酶的调节,结果发现:在大脑皮质中,T_4抑制T_45′脱碘酶活性,T_3对其无作用;在肝肾中,T_3,T_4都增强T_45′脱碘酶活性,T_3作用更大一些;DIT、MIT在这三种器官中对此酶无作用,这很可能说明T_45′脱碘酶对大鼠大脑皮质和肝肾中的调节机制是不同的,它很可能是局部调节而不是系统调节。The role of T45′ deiodinase is to convey the local tissue T_4 to T_3 In this experiment, we used ^(125)Ⅰ T_4 a′s substrate and the method of thinlayer chromtoagraphy to study the regulation of thyroid hormones (T_3.T_4)and analogs(DIT.MIT)on the T_45′ deiodinase in the cerrebral cortex, liver and kinde of the rat. These results demonstrated: In the cerebral cortex of the rat, T_4 inhibited the T_45′ deiodinase activty, Ta had no effects on it; In the liver and kindey of the rat, T_3 and T_4 both increased the T_45′ deiodinase activity, but T_3 proved to be a more potent enzyme inducer than T_4; DIT, MIT had no effects on T_45′deiodinase in the three organs. These studies might suggest that the regulation mechanisms of T_45′ deiodinase in the cerebral cortex and liver, kindey of the rat were different , the regulation of T_45′ deiodi nase might be local rather than'systemic.
