两种剂量国产米非司酮配伍前列腺素栓剂终止早孕的临床观察

摘　　要：对128名早孕≤49天的妇女随机给予米非司酮,其中87名为25mg每日2次,3天共150mg;41名为单次口服200mg,均于第4天配伍卡孕栓1mg,观察终止妊娠效果。结果150mg分次服药组的完全流产率为95％,单次服药组为98％,无明显差异。服药至流产时间分别为78小时47分与76小时13分;放置卡孕栓后4小时内排出胎囊者两组分别为88％及69％。流产后出血天数平均为21.2±12.9天与21.1±12.3天;副反应发生率两组亦无显著性差异。结论为两种给药方案终止早孕的效果相似,可接受性良好。Hundred and twenty-eight women in early pregnancy (≤49 days), who requested medical abortion, were randomly allocated into two groups. In group 1 mifepristone 25mg b. i. d. was given for 3 days,and 15 —mwthyl PGF2a(PG05)viginal suppository was inserted in the morning of the 4th day. In group 2 a single dose of mifepristone 200mg was given and PG05 was used on the 4th day similarly. The complete abortion rate in group 1 was 95%,and in group 2 was 98 %(P>0. 05). The Average time interval between the first mefipristone tablet and expulsion of gestational sac were (?)8hr47min and 76hrl3min in group 1 and group 2 respectively. After PG insertion, expulsion of the sac were seen in 88% and 69% of the women within 4 hours. The mean postabortal bleeding lasted for 21. 19 and 21.1 days respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the ocurrence of side effects. In conclusion, the two regimens of mifepristone with PG were similar in complete abortion rate,and both were highly acceptable.
