摘 要:通过40例人精子在普通和高渗培养基中获能3、6、12、24、36、48小时的活力和运动速度测定,报告了一组正常参考值。表明普通和高渗培养基中人精子获能3小时,活力与运动速度分别提高77.5%和61.7%与27.4%和24.6%;人精子在普通培养基中存活时间长,获能开始活力提高程度大于运动速度;随获能时间延长,活力降低程度大于运动速度;获能存在明显个体差异。提出建立评价精子存活和寿命的指标是必要的。The present study reported a group of normal values of motility and velocity of human sperm during capacitation in conventional and high osmotic media for 3,6,12,24,36,and 48 hours. The data showed motility and velocity were increased by 77.5% and 61.7% in conventional media,and 27.4% and 24.6% in high osmotic media respectively during capacitation for 3 hours.The survival time of human sperm in conventional medium is longer.The amplitude of increase of motility is greater than that of velocity at the initial stage of capacitation.However,the motility decreased faster than velocity when the capacitation time was prolonged.Because of the significant individual variation in capacitation, it is necessary to establish the parameters to evaluate the survival time and life span of spermatozoa in vitro.
