摘　　要：产黑色素类杆菌是人类牙周病的重要致病菌。现对市售的15种药物牙膏进行随机抽样检测,评价其对产黑色素类杆菌的杀灭作用,结果表明:中药牙膏抑菌能力普遍不及西药牙膏。部分药物牙膏对牙周病致病菌具有较强的非选择性杀灭作用,但长期滥用药物牙膏有可能引起口腔内菌群失调,引起新的疾病。Antimicrobial effect of 15 kinds of medicated toothpaste made in China were tested using K-B disc susceptibility testing. Results indicated that several kinds of these toothpastes exhibited strong non-selective antibacterial effect to black pig-mented Bacteroides species which were implicated in the pathogenesis of human periodontal diseases. Toothpastes containing Chinese drugs were generally less effective than those containing antibiotics.
