摘 要:本文就窄带钢异步冷轧时的轧辊热凸度及各力能参数对带钢横向厚度分布(同板差)的影响进行了生产现场综合测试,并结合轧辊热变形及辊系变形理论,用有限差分法和影响函数法作了相应的计算分析,计算结果与现场实测值基本吻合。从而为将异步轧制工艺应用于冷轧窄带钢生产提供了完整的实测数据资料和实用工程计算软件。This paper is to research the thickness distribution across the strip and it's re- lationship with roll's thermal crown in asymmetric rolling. Based on practical cold rolling production test, we calculated and analysised the roll's thermal crown and the thickness distribution across the strip under defferent thickness reduc- tion set in asymmetric rolling process, according to the theory of roll's thermal deformation and of roll's elastic deformation. The calculating results are based same with that of produc- tion test. So a set of production test data and a practical engineering calculating method as well as program, which would be useful for the cold rolling production of narrow strip by means of asymmetric rolling processing, are provided here.
