摘　　要：本文总结了95例严重多发伤的救治经验与教训,讨论了多发伤的概念、特点、早期诊断和治疗原则,提出了急诊科(室)手术适应症及急诊医学今后发展方向。This paper summarized the experience in the rescue and treatment of 95 patients with critical multiple injuries.The concept of the multiple injuries,their characteristics,early diagnosis and therapeutic principle were discussed.Indications for urgent operation in the emergency room as well as the future of Emevgeny Medicine were also discussed and the direction of the development of the emergency department(room)in future was explored.
