关于国有林区立木基础林价计算方法的探讨

摘　　要：本文扼要叙述了林价的意义,推行林价制度的作用及林价计算的经济实质,重点讨论东北国有林区森工企业有关立木基础林价的计算方法,考虑营林生产中基本建设期及生产期的全部投入,并考虑物价及其它变动因素,对目前已有的立木林价计算方法进行改进,以求林价计算方法更加完善。This paper briefly accounted the definition and significance of forest value,the role of practising forest value system in production and the economic essence of forest valuation. The basic forest valuation of growing stock owned by national forest industrial enterprises in the northeast forest region was discussed,which considered the total investments in essential construction period and production period of forest management,the variations in price and other factors. Therefor,the present forest valuation on growing stock was improved.
