顺氯氨铂联合化疗对小鼠S180作用的实验研究

摘　　要：顺氯氨铂(DDP)是抗瘤谱广的新型抗肿瘤药物。本文观察DDP联合消瘤芥、平阳霉素、高三尖杉酯碱或米妥蒽醌对小鼠S180腹水型的抗肿瘤作用。结果显示适当剂量的联合用药可能具有不同程度的协同作用,不但延长带瘤小鼠的中位生存时间,而且可使50～100％的小鼠生存60d以上。为临床进一步合理使用DDP联合其他抗肿瘤药物治疗恶性肿瘤提供实验依据。Ois-diaminediohloroplatin (DDP) was used in combination with several other antitumoural agents. Therapeutic synergiszn occurred when used in combination with nitrocaphan (AT1258), bleomycine A5, homoharringtonine, or mitoxatrone for asoites sarcoma 180 (S180) in mice. Both the median survival time (MST) and the long term survival (60 days) rates were improved than over single autetun or therapy.On the basis of these data, we recommend further clinical trial for DDP plus AT1258, bleomyoine A5, homoharringtonine or mitoxantrone against different solid tumours and leukemias.
