补益中药对老年雄性大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质作用的研究  被引量:13

THE FUNCTION OF THERAPEUTIC RESTORATION ON HYPOTHALAMIC MONOAMINES IN AGING MALE RATS

摘  要:本实验以下丘脑单胺类神经递质为指标,对不同月龄、喂以不同补益中药的雄性大鼠进行分组对照观察,结果发现:①23月龄雄性大鼠下丘脑基底部去甲肾上腺素(NE)和多巴胺(DA)的含量明显低于3月龄雄性大鼠;②补肾益气方能明显延缓23月龄雄性大鼠下丘脑基底部NE和DA含量的降低。而健脾益气方仅能延缓NE含量的降低;③补肾益气方能提高23月龄雄性大鼠下丘脑基底部5-羟色胺(5-HT)和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的含量,5-HIAA升高更为显著。而健脾益气方仅能提高5-HIAA的含量。Male rats of different ages were randomly divided into 3 groups and given different treatments. The results showed that: (1) Mediobasal hypothalamic, levels of norepinephine (NE) and dopamine (DA) in the 23-months old male rats were distinctly lower than in 3-months old male rats. (2) Treatment with the kidney invigorating and vital energy benefiting prescriptions notably delayed the aging decrease of mediobasal hypothalamic NE and DA levels in 2S-mon.,ths old male rats. Treatment with the spleon invigorating and vital energy benefiting prescriptions delayed decrease of NE only. (3) The kidney invigorating and vital energy benefiting prescriptions therapy raised the level of mediobasal hyppthalamio 5-bydroxyptamine (5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindole-3-acid (5-HIAA) in 23-months old male rats, 5-HIAA was affected more notably than 5-HT. The spleen invigorating, and vital energy benefiting prescription treatment raised only the level of 5-HIAA.
