健脾灵片治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎前后的形态观察

摘　　要：本文对34例慢性溃疡性结肠炎结肠粘膜的病理改变及中药健脾灵治疗后的形态进行了光、电镜观察。结果表明,用药前病变呈糜烂、溃疡及隐窝脓肿改变;用药后24例病灶基本恢复,10例病灶好转。从形态学角度进一步证实,健脾灵片对慢性溃疡性结肠炎有显著疗效。The pathological changes of the colonic mucosa of 34 cases with chronic ulcerative colitis and the morphology after treatment with Jianpiling were observed by light, scanning and transmission electron microscipy. The results showed that the pathological changes of erosin, ulcer and abscess can be seen before the treatment, pathological lesions were recovered basically in 24 of 34 cases, 10 of 34 cases were better after the treatment. It was substantiated that the Jianpiling can treat chronic ulcerative colitis effectively.
