摘 要:本文对70例退化胸腺进行了组织学、角蛋白和S-100蛋白的免疫组化和超微结构的观察。胸腺退化时发生上皮细胞的退行性改变和树突状细胞的数量减少,表明胸腺细胞分化发育的微环境发生了改变。因此上皮细胞和树突状细胞的改变比胸腺细胞具有更重要的意义。巨噬细胞的吞噬作用可能不是胸腺清除退变死亡胸腺细胞的主要方式。70 involuted hymuses obtained at autopsy from children died of different diseases were studied with histological, immunohistochemical and ultrastructural approaches。In the immunohistochemical study, antibodies against keratin and S-100 protein were used. Our findings suggest that the thymic involution is usually accompanied by the damage of thymic microenvironments which includes the degeneration of epithelial cells and the decrease in number of dendritic cells in thymuses. Therefore, the changes of epithelial cells and dendritic cells are more important than the decrease in number of the thymocytes in the involuted thymus. Phagocytosis of macrophages might not be the main way to eliminate the degenerative and died thymocytes.
