二羧乙基锗三氧化物对S180肉瘤小鼠血清过氧化脂质水平的影响

摘  要:采用TBA荧光法观察二羧乙基锗三氧化物对S180肉瘤小鼠血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的影响.接种肉瘤后10天,小鼠血清中LPO含量明显高于正常对照组;S180肉瘤小鼠口服二羧乙基锗二氧化物后,血清LPO水平明显下降,二羧乙基锗三氧化物增效剂能明显增强这一作用.The effect of Ge-132 on the serum lipoperoxide level in sarcoma 180 rats was measured according to the fluorimetric method of Yagi. On the tenth day after inoculating sarcoma 180, the level of serum lipoperoxide increased significantly ( P<0.01 ) . It was about twice as high as that in normal rats. Ge-132 could markedly depress the level of serum lipoperoxide ( P<0.01 ) . When Ge-132 syn-ergist were given in combination, the level of serum lipoperoxide decreased significantly. The date suggests that Ge-132 has antilipoperoxidative action.
