大鼠舌下腺微血管的三维构筑

摘  要:本文采用血管铸型扫描电镜观察法和墨汁灌注光镜观察法对大鼠舌下腺的微血管构筑进行了观察。结果表明:在小叶内,小叶内动脉逐渐分支。在腺泡和闰管周围续于毛细血管,它们相互吻合形成排列稀疏的腺泡周围毛细血管网。腺泡周围毛细血管逐渐汇集成毛细血管后微静脉、微静脉,它们在纹管周围交织吻合形成微静脉丛或直接注入小叶内静脉,在纹管周围未见窦状毛细血管网。排泄管呈树权样分枝状,上皮下为一层排列密集的毛细血管网,它们由小叶间动脉分出的微动脉供血,输出微静脉注入沿途的小叶间静脉。在排泄管的起始部,上皮下毛细血管可注入纹管周围的微静脉丛。The three—dimensional microvasculature of rat sublingual gland was studied by using the techniques of scanning electron microscopy of vascular corrosion casts and light microscopy of sections. The results showed that in a lobule, the intralobular artery gives off ramifications which break up into capillaries to form a loose network around the acini and the intercalated ducts. The capillaries of the acini gradually join together to make postcapillary venules and venules which form a plexus around the striated ducts before converging on intralobular vein, or directly converge on intralobular vein. The sinosoidal capillary network was not found around the striated ducts except the venular plexus. The excretory duct, presenting as a tree, contains 3—5 grade branches. Surrounding each of them, there is a dense subepthelial capillary network which receives blood from the ramifications of interiobular artery and drains it into interlobular vein.
