我国第一例HIV阳性尸解病例淋巴结的组织病理学和免疫组织病理学

摘　　要：本文研究了1例HIV阳性男孩的19个淋巴结的病理组织学和免疫组织化学改变。根据Stutte等HIV相关淋巴结病5期分类,84%淋巴结在Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期,相应于临床ARC/AIDS。发现淋巴滤泡萎缩、血管增生、组织细胞增生和正常网状纤维支架的破坏。免疫组织化学证实残留的淋巴细胞绝大多数是T细胞。S-100阳性细胞的正常分布发生改变。Kil阳性细胞主要存在于第Ⅱ期淋巴结。对这些改变的意义本文进行了讨论。Nineteen lymph nodes of a HIV-positive boy were studied with routine histology and im-munohistochemistry.According to Stutte's classification of HIV-related lymphadenopathy,84% lymphnodes were in the third or fourth stages in relation to clinical status ARC/AIDS.Lymphoid follicle at-rophy,angiogenesis,histiocytic proliferation and destruction of the normal reticulum frame werefound.Immunohistochemical study showed that most of the remaining lymphocytes wrer T cells andthat the distribution of S-100 positive cells were changed.Ki 1 positive cells mainly existed in the se-cond stage.The significances of these changes were discussed.
