摘  要:用透射电镜技术研究半封闭的福建东山岛西埔湾港养黄鳍鲷的卵膜和退化卵母细胞的形态.结果表明,卵膜由透明带、外放射带和内放射带组成.内放射带有5~6层纤维状片层.许多孔道横穿各层卵膜.排列呈蜂窝状.孔道口无“(?)子”阻塞.第4时相微绒毛在孔道内弯曲呈螺旋形.随着卵细胞发育.滤泡形成颗粒细胞层和鞘膜细胞层.卵母细胞退化时,滤泡细胞(颗粒细胞)变成吞噬细胞.研究结果证实了港养黄鳍鲷的雌性性腺不能在西(?)湾内发育到生理成熟.The morphology of the egg membrane and degenerating oocyte of Sparus latus Houttuyn in XipuBay(a semi-enclosed bay),Dong Shah Island,Fujian Province were studied by means of transmis-sion electron miccoecopy.The egg membrane consists of three zones,namely,the zona pellucida,thezona radiata exrerna and the zona radiata interna.The zona radiata interna is composed of 5~6 layersof fibrous lamellae.The total thickness of the whole membrane(fixed)ranges from 4.14 to 4.67 μmat Phase N of developing oocyt(?).All layers are traversed by numerous pore canals arranged in a hon-eycomb pattern,the external openings of which are not blocked by plugs.There are numerous mi-crovilli which pass through the pore canals of three zones and make contact with the surface of oocyteand the projections from the granulosa cell.The microvilli appear to curve as spiral-like within thepore canals during Phase Ⅳ of oocyte development.With the growth of the oocytes,follicle cells formtwo layers of the granulosa cells and the thecal cells around the developing oocytes.The process oftransformation of granulosa cells to phagocytes has been observed on the degeneration of oocytes.Ac-cording to these ultrastructural characteristics of phagocytosis,the term“phagocyte”is suggested.Theresults from this study have proved that female gonads of Sparus latus could not develop into ripe stagein Xipu Bay.The degeneration and resorption of oocyte are described in detail.
