摘  要:8只5月龄雌性 SD 大鼠自由饮用80ppm 氟化钠水溶液18周后,改饮80ppm 氟化钠水溶液+20%酒精(F+A 组)。用体视学方法计量了该组大鼠和6只单纯饮用80ppm 氟化钠水溶液大鼠(F 组)、7只单纯饮用20%酒精大鼠(A 组),6只仅饮用去离子水大鼠(C 组)的以下改变:1.肝细胞核的体密度、面密度,肝细胞的核质比和肝细胞的平均直径。2.肝细胞线粒体的体密度、面密度、面数密度和规化形状因子。计量结果表明,与单纯氟化钠和单纯酒精对于大鼠肝细胞的损伤相比,在本实验条件下,在较长时间联合饮用氟化钠水溶液和酒精后,发现:1.更显著地引起大鼠肝细胞活跃增生。2.更显著地引起大鼠肝细胞线粒体的畸形和增生。提示:氟化钠和酒精对于大鼠肝细胞具有一定的联合毒性作用,高氟区人群,尤其是慢性氟中毒患者,对于酒精所致的肝细胞损伤可能具有更高的敏感性。Twenty-seven female SD rats of five months old were randomly divided into 4groups(1)8 rats given 80 ppm NaF solution for 18 weeks,and then solution containing80ppm NaF and 20% ethanol for 13 weeks.(2)6 rats given 80ppm NaF solution onlyfor 31 weeks.(3)7 rats given deionic water for 18 weeks and then solution containing20% ethanol for 13 weeks.(4)6 rats given deionic water only for 31 weeks.Using the stereologic method, the following parameters were measured:(1)Diameter and Nuclei-cytoplasmic ratio(Vnp)of hepatocyte,Volume density(Vvn)andSurface density(Svn)of the hepatocytic nuclei.(2)Volume density(Vvm),Surfacedensity(Svm),Area number density(Nam)and Regular form factor(RFF)of hepa-tocytic mitochondria.The results showed that solution containing both NaF and ethanol has inducedsignificantly(1)proliferation of hepatocyte and(2)proliferation and deformation ofhepatocytic mitochondria comparing with the effect of solution containing NaF orethanol only on hepatocytes in rats.The results suggested NaF combining with ethanolwas more toxic than either NaF or ethanol only on hepatocytes in rat.Thus peopleliving in high-fluoride environmont,especially with chronic fluorosis,may be moresensitive to the toxic effect of ethanol.
