摘　　要：本文报告2例酒精性心肌病(ACM),并对其病理改变、发病机理、临床表现、治疗措施和预后进行讨沦。提出了 ACM 的诊断步骤,认为超声心动图为 ACM 随访及了解酒精与心脏疾患关系的有用工具。Two patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy(ACM)were studied.The changesof pathology,mechanism of pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,treatment mea-sures and prognosis of ACM were discussed and the diagnosis steps were put forwardwith review of literatures.It was considered that the echocardiography was an idealtool in following up ACM and understanding the relations between alcoholics andheart diseases.
