摘  要:本文简单介绍了计算机仿真培训的特点及乙烯装置仿真培训的意义。本文以年产三十万吨乙烯装置为蓝本,介绍了经过简化的裂解系统工艺流程及其数学模型的建立。本文从机理出发,采用反应度的概念,建立了裂解炉辐射段炉管的分布参数模型,并采用线上法求解偏微分方程,该法为递推算法,其收敛性明显优于有限差分等传统方法。This paper has simply described the advantages of training simulator and the importance of simulation training for ethylene plant. It has presented a simplified gas oil cracking system and the modeling of the process. Based on the inherent mechanisms of the process, a distributed parameter mathematic model for the radiant tube of pyrolysis furnance has been built in terms of reaction extent. The Method of Lines, which is recursive, has been introduced to resolve the partial differential equations. The stability of the integeration algorithm using in this method is obviously superior to ordinary method, such as limited difference method. The training simulator for Pyrolysissystem has been developed and put into practice.
